Another workshop has been called upon and he said it’s going to cost us a sum of #7,000 to fix the vehicle. We negotiated to a sum of #5,000 but he said the best price he can do is #6,000.

Below is the breakdown of the

• Clutch cable---   3,000
• Way bill ---1,500
• Labour---1,500 

Kindly approve the sum of #6,000 for the repairs of the vehicle sir.

Dear sir,

For days, our pool vehicle had a clutch fault {damaged clutch cable}. We contacted our workshops nearby to help us repair this vehicle but they keep dribbling us, making vain promises to us. This has restricted us from carrying out some official duties which involves moving from one place to another because we don’t want to treat the repair as one-off. As it stands, we don’t have an option because the workshops have refused to come to our aid.

Kindly give us the go ahead to treat it as one-off.

Our nearby registered workshop {Gift motors} has been given us vain promises  about coming to help us fix the vehicle and Tojany motors said all his Technicians are all engaged and can’t leave the workshop.
