Dear sir,

The driver of the captioned vehicle complained having a break failure and has been advised to visit a nearby workshop at Ore since our workshop at Akure has stopped working on our vehicle due to insufficient funds.

The mechanic observed that the rear brake linens are bad and there is a leakage from the master brake. He quoted for a sum of #16,000 but was negotiated down to #11,000.

Kindly approve the sum of #11,000 for immediate processing for the repair of this vehicle.

Attached is picture evidence and negotiated estimate from the vendor.
